This year we will be baaed at Hotel Lou Castelet, it's a very nice 4 star hotel located in Carros, which is 10km north of Nice.

As per the home page, we are going to organise this years's event differently. We will not be taking any type of deposit for the event itself - the room deposit will done directly with the hotel.

Please book directly with hotel either by email or phone - this will allow you take advantage of our discounted rates. There are several types of rooms, so pick what works best for you. You can also book with the hotel's online booking system, but it is likely to be more expensive.

We will have at least one dinner in the hotel, most likely on the opening night. We will look for some other options in the are for the other evenings.
