Prices

We have organised things differently for the 2012 EMM. We will only be taking a per participant deposit as opposed to taking the full amount in advance. The deposit will be €50. per person which guarantees the hotel plus a €4.00 admin charge to take care of all the banking charges and other things the creep in. The €50 deposit will be applied you your room and you will settle the balance of your hotel bill directly with the hotel on your departure. If you can’t make it and have paid a deposit, give us notice 35 days before the event and we will refund €50.00 back to your credit card.

Pricing details:

  • Room Prices- Half Board
    • Single Half Board €70. per night
    • Double Half Board €55. per night per person
    • 4 person room- Half Board €50. per night per person
  • Deposit and Administration fee
    • The deposit will be €50. per person which guarantees the hotel. €50 of this deposit will be applied you your room and you will settle the balance of your hotel bill directly with the hotel on your departure
    • A €4.00 administration fee will be taken at registration, this fee is non-refundable
    • Refund policy:
      • Until 10/5/2011- 100% - €4.00 Admin fee per person
      • After 10/05/2011- No refund
  • Other
    • All Payments will be taken in Euros by credit or debit card
    • Transactions will be processed by Instant Access Int. Limited
    • If you are registering as a couple or a group, you can add multiple participants in one registration and pay jointly when you complete your registration
    • If you are registering for a double or a 4 person room- please let us know who you will be sharing with in the notes field in the registration
    • If you are scheduled to arrive on the Thursday June 14th and do not show, your room will be cancelled for the rest of the event

Bottom line

The prices for the 2012 EMM are almost the same as last year's event. We also benefit being based in a tax free area where petrol and booze are cheap, which should save us all a bit of money. We think the deposit model as opposed to "pay up front" should very attractive to most participants. The refund policy is also far more generous this year, allowing for full hotel deposit refund if you notify us at least 35 days in advance.
